I wasn't even aware I was on the verge of a major problem. I brought my Suburban for routine maintenance, upon checking out my car a member of their staff noticed a noise while driving my car, they checked it on the lift and was able to do a limited repair at a fraction of the cost had it progressed. They had it done in 1 day, Paul even took me home & picked me back up. I'm so glad because my wife & kids are going on a long trip next week with this car & could've broken down on the way.
